The WGEA Pay Equity Official Supporter program invites peak, professional, industry and advocacy organisations to publicly stand up for pay equity and share why action is essential for driving business and organisational performance. The program provides a platform with which to engage your members and stakeholders to take action using WGEA tools and resources.

By becoming a Pay Equity Official Supporter, you are playing a critical role in driving change within your sphere of influence.

There are a number of ways for Official Supporters to get involved and support the campaign including:

  • Profiling the campaign on your website
  • Profiling the campaign across other communication channels
  • Publish an article, interview, blog or newsletter
  • Participate in media interviews or publicly share view
  • Providing a personalised quote
  • Host an event, roundtable, conference and invite WGEA to speak
  • Profiling the WGEA pay equity workshops
  • Profile the campaign using social media
  • Incorporate or promote the WGEA tools and resources into your professional development/ educational offering
  • Make a financial contribution to the campaign
